Leticia currently serves as the organization’s Executive Director and Board President. As a former public school educator, her passion to serve future leaders was key to her motivation to launch a career in the not-for-profit sector.
Having worked closely with children for over a decade, she knows first hand the correlation between learning and nutrition. She has witnessed countless of children and parents struggling to maintain daily sustenance. She wanted to make a difference and dedicate her career to philanthropic efforts. This passion ultimately led to her calling to establish Full Filled Project Inc, to ensure every child has access to nutritious meals with the best ingredients, to stimulate learning and promote a healthy brain.
Leticia holds a degree in business administration. She continued her academic pursuits at Dallas Baptist University, graduating with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership degree and holds a Principal certification in the State of Texas.
Aspen Bischoff, Secretary
Aspen is an elementary school educator with 11+ years of experience. She spent her first 9 years in Plano, Texas as a kinder, first and elementary gifted and talented teacher. She has spent the last two years teaching first grade in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Aspen recently received a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and is in the process of pursuing a Principal certification. Aspen has a heart for children and spends her free time volunteering in the children’s department at her local church. When not busy working or volunteering, Aspen loves quality time with her husband Mike, and her two children Landry and Presley.
Marcia Clingan, Treasurer
Marcia is the Co Founder and former owner of the Chocolate Angel Cafe and Tea Room. After 16 years of dedicating her life to this business, Marcia decided to devote more time to her family and community and sold her successful restaurant business.
Marcia received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas Dallas. Her career started in the corporate world, working at Rockwell International for 9 years as a college recruiter and staffing administrator. She has also been a co-owner of two home based businesses. She is very active in her community, is a leader in her church, volunteers weekly to help children in a low income high crime area. She is a wife of 47 years, a mother of 2 adult children, and a proud grandmother of 1. She has a love for travel, cooking, and spending quality time with family friends.
The personal mantra that Marcia lives by is "Dream, Believe, Achieve."
Julia Benoit, Board Member
Julia graduated from the University of Texas in Dallas in 2006 with a degreased in Geography. During college she was a nanny and after graduating decided to pursue her love of teaching by obtaining an alternative teaching certification through the Harris Department of Education. She then taught elementary education for several years in Houston, Dallas and Plano TX.
Julia spent her last year as the science coordinator of her school and teaching 5th grade. She now stays home with her three children ages 1-5. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Barrett and three children, reading, cooking, traveling and hosting dinners for friends and family.
Tommy Diwa, Board Member
Tommy Diwa is the founder of Full Filled Project Inc, a non-profit organization which provides nutrient rich meals at no cost to children in at-risk areas. Tommy serves as a front- line ambassador for Full Filled, responsible for managing a portfolio of school administrators, foundation leaders, and community partners. He oversees strategy, planning, and execution of programs by forming alliances with external partners to continue the fight against food insecurity, most specifically on child hunger.
Prior to joining Full Filled Project, Tommy spend over 20 plus years in the hospitality industry. His passion turned into the non profit sector, specifically a desire to collaborate with other community leaders, make a contribution to ending food insecurity among children in the U.S.
Tommy held various leadership roles in sales and marketing for Aon, U.S. Foods, and Kirby Kitchen Equipment and Supply. Tommy holds a masters degree in International Business from Lake Forest Graduate School Of Management.
Nicholas S. Galanos, Non Member Advisor
As an intensely effective, and highly respected hospitality industry executive, Nicholas S. Galanos brings with him over 40 years of leadership experience in domestic and international industry operations management. He achieves continued significant success through his ability to develop high touch working environments based on a formula of deep rooted and sustained passion around inter-twined organizational and individual goals. A strong foundation of accountability, combined with a spirited leadership approach that consistently draws out the best in his teams and associates, creates the ongoing formula for his effectiveness over the past three decades.
As a mentor he is sought after as an advisor by associates who hold leadership roles across a broad spectrum of high-profile organizations in the domestic and international hospitality industry. He has taken leadership roles in Initial Public Offerings (Champps Americana – NYSE) and continues to share the breadth and depth of his experience across the hospitality industry.
He has developed restaurants internationally through implementation of structured strategic business plans in Central America, South America, Puerto Rico, Iceland, Kuwait, Canada, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India and throughout the Pacific Rim.
